PLEASE NOTE – Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island, with no outdoor activities allowed. Ngurah Rai airport is closed on this day and there is no check in or check out from Villa Sesari.

Future dates for Nyepi Day are – March 8, 2027/March 26, 2028/March 15, 2029/March 5th, 2030

The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation

The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent

Guests are liable for any damages/breakages that should occur during their stay.

The villa and its staff are not responsible to supervise children around the swimming pool during guests stay.

The swimming pool does not have a fence and the villa is not responsible for the safety of guests or children. Pool fencing can be arranged during your stay, at your expense.

Terms & Conditions

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and subject to 10.5% government tax and 5% service charge.

Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons.

Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.

Villa check-in time: 2pm – Check-out time: 12noon. Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability. Payment can be settled by direct debit or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include any bank fees
